Service Limitations: The Platform is a facilitation tool. We do not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or specific outcomes from using our services.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access and use the Platform, you must register using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration
– Keep your account information updated and current
– Use your own Google account and not share credentials with others
– Be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

By granting access to your Gmail account, you acknowledge and agree that:
– Authorization: You authorize Arya by Mentoria to send job application emails on your behalf using Gmail API
– Limited Access: We access only job application-related email threads that we initiate
– No Personal Email Access: We do not read, access, or store your personal emails or unrelated correspondence
– Thread-Bounded Access: Our system only reads responses within specific job application threads
– Revocation Rights: You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings
– Data Usage: Gmail data is used exclusively for job application automation and response tracking
– Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the content and accuracy of emails sent through our platform
– Professional Representation: All job application emails sent through our platform will appear to come from your email address
Technical Implementation: We use surgical Gmail API calls (specific thread access) rather than broad mailbox scanning to ensure maximum privacy.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
– Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
– Impersonate any person, entity, or misrepresent your qualifications
– Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security systems

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant us necessary licenses to provide our services.
4.3 Rate Limits & Usage Restrictions
To ensure fair usage and platform stability:
– Job Applications: Maximum 15 job applications per day (subject to change with notice)
– Technical Limits: Platform enforces technical rate limits for system protection
– Quality Standards: We may restrict accounts that send low-quality or inappropriate applications
– Abuse Prevention: Accounts engaging in spam or abuse will be suspended or terminated
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform—including but not limited to:
– Software code, algorithms, and technical infrastructure
– User interface designs, graphics, logos, and branding
– Documentation, help content, and educational materials
– AI models, templates, and generated content frameworks
are owned by Mentoria Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

– Service Availability: We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
